Employment Verifications

Consideration for certain positions require a certain level of experience. Screenpointe’s team of verification specialists make direct contact with either the Human Resources Department or Payroll Department of previous employers to verify work history.

Information obtained includes dates of employment, position(s), re-hire eligibility and salary. Screenpointe will obtain more detailed information relative to job duties, performance, reason for leaving and other pertinent information as available.

Some employers mandate verifications be conducted through third party sources i.e., The Work Number. When third party providers provide lacking or derogatory information, Screenpointe takes a further approach to acquire additional information or conduct re-verification directly with employers.
